We are seeking a dedicated RN First Assist to support our General Surgery team.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist surgeons during procedures, ensuring optimal patient care.
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.
Educate patients and families on post-operative care.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe environment.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Texas.
Certification as a First Assistant preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
