**Job Title:** Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) **Location:** Fort Smith, AR **Salary:** $150,000 – $180,000 annually **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled CRNA to join our healthcare team in Fort Smith, AR. The ideal candidate will provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical and procedural interventions. **Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**
