**Job Title:** Registered Nurse Med Surg Surgical **Location:** Grand Junction, CO **Salary:** $36.35 – $54.53 per hour **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Med Surg Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure adherence to best practices.

**Responsibilities:**

Assess and monitor patient conditions

Administer medications and treatments

Educate patients and families on care plans

Document patient progress and interventions

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

**Qualifications:**

Current RN license in Colorado

Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Experience in Med Surg preferred
