**Job Title:** Hospice Clinical Director – Registered Nurse

**Salary:** $135,000 – $150,000 per year

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Clinical Director to lead our clinical team in Boston.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee patient care and ensure compliance with hospice regulations.
Manage nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to patient needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
Engage with families to provide education and support.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Massachusetts.
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in hospice care.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
