• Lead and mentor nursing staff in daily operations.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

• Develop and implement patient care plans.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

**Qualifications:**
  • Current RN license in Texas
  • Minimum 3 years of MedSurg experience
  • Leadership experience preferred
