**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN), Baylis Day Surgery – Pre/Post (Fulltime) **Location:** Springfield, IL **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Baylis Day Surgery unit. This full-time position focuses on pre-operative and post-operative care. **Responsibilities:**

• Assess and monitor patient conditions before and after surgery.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Educate patients and families on post-operative care.

• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

**Qualifications:**
  • Current RN license in Illinois.
  • Previous experience in a surgical or outpatient setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
