**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) to join our team in Eugene, OR.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with substance use disorders.
Prescribe and manage MAT medications in accordance with state regulations.
Provide patient education and support for recovery.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
Current NP license in Oregon.
Certification in MAT preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
