**Salary:** $85,000 – $100,000 annually

We are seeking a dedicated Manager RN Quality & Safety to oversee quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
Lead quality assurance programs and safety protocols.
Conduct audits and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with clinical teams to implement best practices.
Provide training and support to nursing staff on quality standards.
Report findings to senior management and recommend solutions.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Oklahoma.
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in quality management.
