**Job Title:** RN / LPN Home Health Nurse
**Location:** Scottsdale, AZ
**Salary:** $28 – $42 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate RN / LPN Home Health Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient health and vital signs
Educate patients and families on care plans
Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams
Assist with daily living activities as needed
**Qualifications:**
Current RN or LPN license in Arizona
Previous home health experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
