**Salary:** $26.00 – $34.17 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN for our 3 Day Baylor program. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients while collaborating with healthcare teams.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient health and report changes to the RN.
Assist with daily living activities and patient education.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
