**Job Title:** Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) **Location:** Columbia, SC **Salary:** $70,000 – $78,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team in Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality end-of-life care to patients and support their families. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Educate patients and families on hospice services and care options.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

**Qualifications:**
  • Current RN license in South Carolina
  • Previous hospice or palliative care experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
