**Salary:** $47,000 – $65,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to provide in-school mental health services to students. The ideal candidate will have experience in child and adolescent therapy, with a focus on promoting emotional well-being and academic success.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student needs.
Develop and implement treatment plans.
Provide crisis intervention and support.
Maintain accurate documentation and case notes.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
Licensed or license-eligible in Missouri.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
