**Job Title:** Licensed Counselor/Therapist (Bilingual – Spanish/English) **Location:** Phoenix, AZ **Salary:** $85,000 – $135,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Counselor/Therapist to join our team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will provide individual and group therapy to diverse clients, utilizing evidence-based practices. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Provide therapy sessions in both Spanish and English.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or related field.
  • Current AZ licensure (LPC, LCSW, etc.).
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
