Job Description

**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) **Location:** New Jersey **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will provide behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and staff.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
    • **Salary:** $70,000 – $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
