We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Marriage and Family Therapist or Clinical Social Worker to join our team in Salinas, CA.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
Current California licensure or pre-licensure status.
