We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities.

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.

Provide training and support to staff and caregivers.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a passion for improving client outcomes.
