We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Rolling Meadows, IL. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to patients with physical, emotional, or developmental challenges.
**Responsibilities:**
Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current Illinois OT license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
