**Job Title:** Program Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

**Salary:** $75,000 – $105,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Program Therapist to join our team in Oceanside, CA. The ideal candidate will hold a valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license and possess a passion for helping individuals achieve mental wellness.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
Current California licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
