**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/BCABA **Location:** Arlington, WA **Salary:** $70,000 – $85,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA/BCABA to join our team in Arlington, WA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.

• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and support staff.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

**Qualifications:**
  • BCBA or BCABA certification required.
  • Experience in applied behavior analysis preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
