**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) **Location:** Sherman, TX **Salary:** $75,000 – $90,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA/BCaBA to join our team in Sherman, TX. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral analysis services to clients with developmental disabilities. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

**Qualifications:**
  • BCBA/BCaBA certification required.
  • Experience in applied behavior analysis preferred.
