We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in West Chester, PA. The ideal candidate will:
Assess and evaluate patient conditions and needs
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Utilize therapeutic techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes
Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Current PA state licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
