We are seeking a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our team in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and home exercises.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
**Qualifications:**
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
Current Florida PT license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
