The ideal candidate will provide personalized therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and improving quality of life. **Responsibilities:**

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living skills.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families for optimal care.

• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current AZ OT license.
  • Experience in home health preferred.
