**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinic **Location:** Clear Lake, Houston, TX **Salary:** $73,000 – $90,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our clinic in Clear Lake. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with autism and related disorders. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

**Qualifications:**

Master’s degree in ABA or related field.

Current BCBA certification.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
