**Job Title:** QMHP – School Based Health Center **Location:** Brookings, OR **Salary:** $68,731 – $88,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our School Based Health Center team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health services to students, fostering a supportive environment for emotional and psychological well-being. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy.

• Collaborate with school staff and parents.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

**Qualifications:**

Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.

Oregon QMHP certification required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
