We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Encino, CA. The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist in patient evaluations and treatment sessions
Monitor patient progress and report to the supervising therapist
Educate patients on exercises and rehabilitation techniques
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure a safe and clean therapy environment
**Qualifications:**
Current California PTA license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
