We are seeking a Lead Mammography Technologist to oversee our mammography department. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.
Responsibilities:
Perform mammography procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Supervise and train junior technologists and staff.
Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning.
Collaborate with radiologists for accurate diagnoses.
Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Qualifications:
ARRT certification in Mammography.
Minimum 5 years of experience in mammography.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
