**Job Title:** Physiatrist – Outpatient TBI Medical Director

**Salary:** $250,000 – $300,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Physiatrist to lead our Outpatient Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) program in Lewes, DE.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee clinical operations and patient care for TBI patients.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Conduct evaluations and provide ongoing management of TBI cases.
Educate staff and patients on TBI rehabilitation strategies.
**Qualifications:**
MD/DO with board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Experience in TBI management preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
