**Job Title:** LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – 2nd & 3rd Shift

**Salary:** $30 – $33 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure optimal patient care.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in Ohio.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
