**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN/CM) – Hospice **Location:** Beaverton, OR **Salary:** $75,000 – $90,000 annually **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN/CM) to join our hospice team in Beaverton, OR. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with terminal illnesses. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

• Educate patients and families on end-of-life care options.

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.

**Qualifications:**
  • Current RN license in Oregon
  • Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
