**Job Title: MDS Nurse (RN)** **Location: Seattle, WA** **Salary: $49.20 – $54.66 per hour**

We are seeking a dedicated MDS Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments for residents in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) accurately and timely.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Providing education and support to residents and families.
