We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for shift care in the San Fernando Valley. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a home or facility setting.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
**Qualifications:**
Current LVN license in California.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
