We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Charge RN or LPN to join our team in Bemidji, MN. The ideal candidate will oversee patient care during night shifts, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with healthcare standards.
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Provide support and guidance to nursing staff
**Qualifications:**
Current RN or LPN license in Minnesota
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
