Job Summary: The RN OR Team Leader will oversee the surgical team, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate surgical team activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide direct patient care and support during surgeries.
  • Mentor and train nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists for optimal patient outcomes.

    • Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in PA.
  • Minimum 3 years of OR experience.
