**Job Title:** Registered Nurse First Assistant **Location:** Palm Springs, CA **Salary:** $54.23 – $83.35 per hour **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to join our surgical team in Palm Springs. The RNFA will provide direct patient care and assist surgeons during procedures. **Responsibilities:**

• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

• Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement care plans.

• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.

• Educate patients and families on post-operative care.

**Qualifications:**

Current RN license in California

Certification as a First Assistant

Strong communication and teamwork skills
