Job Title: Director of Nursing

Location: Chicago, IL

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Job Summary: The Director of Nursing will oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
  • Managing budgets and staffing levels
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Conducting staff training and performance evaluations
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance patient care

Qualifications: RN license, BSN required; MSN preferred. Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
