**Salary:** $90,000 – $110,000 annually
**Job Description:**
The Director of Nursing (DON) will oversee nursing operations in a long-term care facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
Lead and manage nursing staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
Monitor patient care standards and outcomes.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care.
**Qualifications:**
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid VT license.
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
