**Job Title: Home Care Nurse** **Location: Oyster Bay, NY** **Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 per year**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality healthcare services to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on health management
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care

    • Qualifications: RN license in NY, 2+ years of nursing experience, and home care experience preferred.
