We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our Assisted Living team on a PRN basis.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide direct patient care and support to residents.
Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team.
Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in Ohio.
Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
