**Salary:** $85,000 – $95,000 annually

We are seeking a dedicated RN Night Shift Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care during night shifts.
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Kentucky.
Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
