We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Home Health team in Leesburg, FL. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Florida.
Previous home health experience preferred.
