**Salary:** $70,000 – $85,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse, RN to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in Massachusetts.
Experience in home care or community health preferred.
