**Location:** Thompson, CT
**Salary:** $34 – $38 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at River’s Edge and Chesterfield Group Homes.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide high-quality patient care and support to residents.
Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans.
Educate residents and families on health management.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Connecticut.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
