**Job Title:** RN Supervisor – FT 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm

We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Assist in developing care plans and patient assessments.
Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
**Qualifications:**
Current NY RN license.
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
