We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our mental health team in San Jose. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and follow-up assessments.
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Provide psychotherapy and counseling as needed.
Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatry.
Current NP license in California.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
