We are seeking a compassionate Weekend Baylor Nurse (RN) to join our home care/hospice team in Brockton, MA.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Massachusetts.
Experience in home care or hospice preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
