We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our skilled nursing team in Kalispell. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient health and report changes
Assist with daily living activities
Maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with healthcare team members
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in Montana
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in skilled nursing preferred
