**Shift:** 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
**Salary:** $27/hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care during night shifts.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with RNs and physicians to develop care plans.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in Georgia.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
