**Job Title:** Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Rehab Unit
**Location:** Omaha, NE
**Salary:** $26 – $35 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our Rehab Unit team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support rehabilitation goals.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
Educate patients and families on care plans and rehabilitation processes.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in Nebraska.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a rehab setting preferred.
