**Job Title:** Charge Nurse – Memory Care Unit **Location:** Hannibal, MO **Salary:** $24 – $34 per hour **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse for our Memory Care Unit. The ideal candidate will oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality care for residents with memory impairments. **Responsibilities:**

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.

• Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.

**Qualifications:**

Current RN license in Missouri

Experience in memory care or geriatric nursing preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills
